Content creation is not just a hobby anymore, it can be a job. NSU’s Content Creator Club brings this to life by introducing a space for creation, livelihood, growth, and fun.

NSU’s Content Creator Club (CCC) is a student-led group that brings together talented students who are passionate about content creation, digital media, marketing, and more. The club focuses on helping its members expand their knowledge by creating engaging content and promoting campus engagement.

The CCC’s E-Board consists of President Alfred Turner III, Vice President Nicholas Reese, Secretary Nygia Tribbey, Treasurer Calista Veyan, Parlimentarian Da’Brya Clark, Event Coordinators Asja Whitaker and Holyrose Savu, Social Media Coordinators Diondra McClendon and Ella Jenkins, and Faculty Advisor Lateef Gibson.

The Content Creator Club aims to create an inclusive and safe space for NSU students who are interested in digital content and media. Some goals of the CCC are to foster professional growth within the media industry, provide students with hands-on experience with producing engaging content, give students networking and internship opportunities, and showcase the many talents of NSU students.

“Being a part of this organization has led me to take on internships in California studying the process of post-production within the film department, sit alongside industry photographers and cinematographers, and get hands-on experience,” Alfred Turner III, Content Creator Club President stated.

The Norfolk State University Content Creator Club is dedicated to promoting creativity and keeping content engaging. The CCC offers an environment where students can nurture their passion for content creation and have a voice while contributing to the NSU community.

The club culture is inclusive, collaborative, and family-oriented. CCC regularly has developmental workshops, bonding events, and career-building sessions. The supportive and encouraging environment makes this club perfect for anyone interested in content creation.

“Every member brings a unique creative spark and each one deserves the chance to showcase their abilities,” said Content Creator Club Secretary, Nygia Tribbey.

Whether you are a beginner, well experienced, or have no clue about content creation but want to Norfolk State University’s Content Creator Club offers opportunities to develop these skills.
