NORFOLK, Va. – Voting is now underway for the 2016 NFL Pro Bowl, and Norfolk State alumnus Don Carey is on the ballot as a special teams performer.
Carey, who played at NSU from 2005-08, is in his fifth season with the Detroit Lions and seventh overall in the NFL. This season, he has played in all eight Detroit games and has made 11 total tackles and recovered one fumble, all on special teams. He had four tackles alone in the Nov. 1 game against Kansas City.

Fans can vote as many times as they wish. The 2016 Pro Bowl takes place on Jan. 31 at Hawaii’s Aloha Stadium.
